With various possessions like the Soul Gems, Cyttorak was once able to win a contest of the Most powerful mystical character. Considered the most powerful Mystical being in the marvel universe, and has even been found to be on Galactus's game once by imprisoning him. He is so powerful, so , other Mysterious and mystical characters like Doctor Strange( Soccerrer Supreme), Dormamu and Zom invoke his name to power up their spells. The mighty Juggernaut once inhabited his through his helmet from the soul Gem and became nearly unstoppable.
9. Franklin Richards
The Most powerful Omega level mutant, - Santa Claus, Franklin Richards - offspring of Mr Fantastic and Susan Richard, members of the Fantastic Four.
The mutant has shown extraordinary abilities ranging from creating a pocket Universe,Summoning the Mighty Galactus and Reality Manipulation to the extent that his father Richard Reed had to build inhibitors which could not fully perform, because Franklin could always outwit them and show diverse abilities . Facing various abductions from Bad guys like Onslaught and Psi - Lord, The infant has always been able to triumph in many ways and abilities.

Obviously the most feared character in the Marvel universe with limitless abilities ( The Flying Red Burning Bird) often Pot and known popularly as X-Men pioneer Jean Grey, The phoenix has taken the form and has inhabited many characters distinct from Jean Grey, Being a child of the later universe, it saved all of existence and thus enabling Eternity to preserve Galactus - Kind of weird..Its powers and abilties are said to be limitless as it has beaten the likes of Galactus in one hand and rendered a Thanos powerless and Mortal.
7. Sky Fathers
The sky Fathers refer to a collective term of Gods and Deities who lead or Rule over small and less powerful deities :Headed by Odin(God Of Thunder) and Zeus, which where later succeeded by Thor, The Sky Fathers have always been seen to be Immortal and Almost Ominipotent and can perform great and Impossible feats within great range, just Like Odin, transporting the Entire Human race to other Universe and has faced very few defeats from other lesser Gods and the likes of Makaboshi . The Most powerful of the sky Fathers are Zeus and Odin.

Considered as Separate ,Equal Like entities concerned with balancing the forces of Good and Evil within the universe - and even created a powerful force (The In-Betweener). His siblings include Galactus, Infinity, Death and Oblivion - which all together help and steadies the good and evil forces of the universe. His children include Empathy, Eulogy, Expediency , Entropy, Epiphany , Enmity and Eon.
4. The Living Tribunal
The Unusual Guy with Three heads, covered in a wet towel...LOL...
Considered the Highest authority in the Marvel Universe, concerned with overseeing judgement on all realities of the Marvel Universe, The living Tribunal considered to be the most powerful entity with the highest authority in the Marvel Universe - Save The Beyonder and The One Above All- .
His three Heads (LOL) represents " Vengeance, Equity and Necessity which in term balances the Universe. His abilities are limitless - as to even when Thanos possessed the Fully powered Infinity Gauntlet still counted his authority to be the Highest in the Universe.
3. The Beyonder
The Beyonder A near Ominipotent and Incapable from a race called "Beyonders" from beyond the multiverse. His power are incomprehensible and still strange and discrete, he even killed death and had had most of his power stolen at once by Doctor Doom, which was later recovered. The abstract and cosmic beings were once under his Mercy - save the One Above All-
2. The One Above All
The One-Above-All can be considered the god of the Marvel Universe with no beginning or end. He is not limited in any form as he is the creator of the Marvel Universe,often spoken as to be Jack Kirby, One of Marvel greatest Artiste, his abilities and capacities are limitless.He exist in his own realm beyond time and space and seldomly appears in comic books as his Mouth piece and communicator is the Living Tribunal ,except few times, Like when the Fantastic four journeyed beyond time and space - Eternity - and found his realm, which he then brought back A Dead Thing to live and transported them back hom, Also when Adam Warlock found his realm and him appaering as a weak old man to encourage a discouraged spiderman.

Deadpool, "The Merc With A Mouth" went insane when being treated by Pshyco Man (Disguised) , who in turn wanted to brrainwash Deadpool, Wade becames mentally pshyco and unstable andd begins a killing spree of the comic book creators and all the characters in the Marvel universe
Deadpool also posssses the Fourth Wall breaking ability which puts him at the Top of the list. He can tear through comic book pages,escape Fiction and comes into the Real World - Reality -.
Other charcaters such as She Hulk,The Watcher,Spiderman,Loki and even Cable have been seen to possess Fourth wall breaking ability but non of theirs have been seen to match the extent or awareness of Deadpool.
