We have all gotten our taste of nasty horror movies,ever heard of serial killers..Insane people who kill for no reason...Ya..Its fascinating the world is a small place but also a strange place where weird and untold things happen for little or known reasons.
Colombian serial killer on the list - Pedro convicted for killing about 80 girls,which he later confessed to be 300+ girls in Columbia,Ecuador and Peru ranging from age 9-12 .Popularly known as "The Monster Of The Andes" - related from when he led the police to about 53 graves in Ecuador. His whereabouts are currently unknown as he was released from a Psychiatric Hospital from good behaviour - awkward.
Described as "The World Worst Serial Killer", "The Beast" .A Colombian on the list again. He confessed to Murder,Rape and Torture about 147 boys who were vulnerable at that time -as they were either Homeless,Peasants or Orphaned ,which he would attract and maneuver with his common and continuous identity change - Which is uncertain at this time,because Skeleton Maps drawn by him in prison shows that his victims could have been 300+.

He later escaped to Ecuador by sea - which the world assumed he died at sea. where he continued his spree- committing about 54 rapes and murders - his victims were mainly vulnurable women and girls in search of a means of living which he sometimes raped,strangled and stabbed in rare cases at disposed their bodies in forests to be eaten by wilds.
3. Miyuki Ishikawa
The eerie and scary Japanese woman on the list ,committed a series of infant murders during the 1940's. The total victims were estimated to be 103 in number(85-169)and money exploitation from the parents of the chidren,with different accomplices ranging from her husband Takeshi(who helped in the falsification of deaths certificates and Shiro Nakayama - an assailant doctor.She is considered to be one of the greatest serial killers in Japan - When apprehended and convicted ,her sentence was pretty light compared to the weight of her crimes - A 4 years sentence.
